Sizing varies slightly, but most items follow standard unisex sizing. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page for the most accurate fit.
How are your products made?
All designs are produced by our creative, Kayla. She uses her skills to make tailored and aesthetic bookish designs. Most
physical items are made-to-order using Printify’s network of trusted print providers. This reduces waste, ensures consistent quality, and allows us to offer a wide variety of designs with more affordable shipping options for you! Digital downloads are created in-house and delivered instantly.
Can I customise a design?
Some products can be personalised—such as adding a name, quote, or colour variation. If you have a custom request, reach
out and we’ll let you know what’s possible. Kayla is happy to work with you to create your dream bookish merch!
Are your products eco-friendly?
Many of our providers use eco-conscious
production methods, water-based inks, and made-to-order workflows that reduce waste. Digital downloads are naturally low-impact.
What printing method is used?
Most apparel uses DTG (Direct-to-Garment)

Do you offer digital downloads?
Yes! Many of our dust jacket designs are available as instant digital downloads so you can print at home or at your local print shop.
How do I access my digital downloads?
After checkout, you’ll receive an instant download link via email. You can also access your files through your account if you created one at checkout. If you need support please reach out, we're happy to help.
What file types do digital downloads come in?
Digital items typically come in high resolution PNG, JPG, or PDF formats, depending on the product. Files are suitable for printing at home or using professional print services.
Can I use your digital downloads commercially?
Unless stated otherwise, digital downloads are for personal use only. Commercial licences may be available upon request, please contact us.
Can I send a gift directly to someone?Absolutely! Just enter their address at checkout and add a gift note.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the print provider and your location, but most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after production. Production typically takes 2–5 days. Digital downloads are delivered immediately.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer global shipping. Availability may vary by product and region, but most items can be delivered worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout. If you have further questions please contact us.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition. Digital downloads are non‑refundable. More information is available on our returns and refunds page.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?We’re so sorry! Please email us with photos and your order number. We’ll replace it right away.
