Every item at Dust Jacket Goods is created to make your reading life feel a little more magical. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You can most easily begin a return through your order confirmation email. If you need help, please contact us.
Physical Products
You can return most physical items within 14 days of delivery if they are:
• unused
• in their original condition
• in original packaging
Digital Downloads
Digital products are non‑refundable, as they are delivered instantly. If you have an issue with your file, we’ll happily help you fix it, just reach out with your questions.
💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with:
•your order number
•photos of the issue
We’ll replace it right away — no stress, no hassle.
🔄 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your original order and place a new one.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
🚚 Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
🌍 International Returns
International customers can return items within the same 14‑day window. Return shipping costs and customs fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
