Shipping policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Because we use Printify to fulfil many of our products to reduce environmental impact, processing times may vary depending on production timelines and product type.

Shipping Times Estimated delivery times:

  • UK, USA & EU: 5–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, destination, and Printify’s fulfilment partner rates.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking availability may vary depending on the print provider.

Multiple Shipments If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This is normal for Printify‑fulfilled orders.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us. We will work with Printify and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
